    Dear Sir:
I saw an ad in the TO Acorn about a hearing in 2011 Jan regarding the CDBG needs assessment. I am writing to inquire about what the city has done to ADJUST to favorable MARKET CONDITIONS regarding housing.

Instead of continuing the UPWARD spiral of prices, homes are down 33%?? and to top it the interest rates are at historical lows.
It translates into much lower monthly payments and also down payments.

I know some one who was going to be homeless as her subsidized rental was sold due to death of owner. She and daughter could not pay market rental rates and were going to be homeless with 3 minor children. The Pastor was trying to get the LDS Church to help with a local rental.

But the good news is that they bought a 3 bedroom brand new condo @ River front in Oxnard.
Unfortunately the builders of the few new units available in the Conejo have NOT dropped the prices adequately. Why?

Do you have a NEW strategy to help those in need or it is business as usual?

Please forward this email to Mr. Rick Schroeder as he is a main stake holder and Many Mansions does a great job in TO. Thank you.
    Happy Holidays to all.

  2. FRIENDS: It is unbelievable but true Al Adam was NOT re-appointed by a 3-1 vote Jackie did not have the COURAGE to vote either way!! This for a man who almost beat Denny by only 225 votes!! The other firing may be below the radar. Any one who can read the tea leaves could see it coming as she voted AGAINST the auto mall sign as well as OTHER VOTESD against the SPECIAL interests. After all RECALL Zeanah leaders Jill run the Chamber and Peter Turpel replace Comm Lunn
    Star continues to sleep!!
They had the meeting while the city watched 'Bama and NO ONE should up and watch how as usual they MISTREATED Me AND NP business owners by ignoring their OWN $50,000 study about existing businesses being cannibalized by new ones by ill conceived zone change.

Jackie mis understood me when I sd that Lowe's too will cannibalize Home Depot. i NEVER even implied that either would go under as they are multi billion $$ entiries and Home Depot is willing to EAT its own by opening the Hampshire rd now blighted location tahnks to Mrsa. Irwin and the foxy vote against this which is like waving a red flag before a bull telling ALL corporate America that we do NOT welcome businesses.

Some idiots NEVER LEARN foxy has guaranteed that Al will be a Councillor in 2012! (Just like Linda JANET Parks)

Lord help us!! God bless TO!!

    COPY Earlier email:

You win COUNCIL as I did not have time to contact the LOCAL NP businesses. Hope you can see the pics that I have taken of the vacancies + shot of the 1995 City paid report; did staff provide you a copy? Why do we pay $50-$100 grand for these reports if we do NOT use them?
Is there a contract for the FIRE Station, new location because it was NOT available @ Plann Comm mtg & staff report is silent on this.
How can you vote on this IF this has not been decided!
