Thousand Oaks City Council members will host the second of five workshops on issues ranging from the environment to social services, infrastructure to municipal services at locations throughout the city. The goal of the works is to develop a list of potential policy guidelines. Live coverage tonight will take place at the Infrastructure workshop, hosted by Councilwoman Jacqui Irwin, which will focus on housing.
